Which pots work on induction?
Pots with a magnetic base: if a fridge magnet sticks firmly to the bottom, it works. Plain aluminium, glass and copper pots do not.
Is induction faster than gas?
Induction heats the pan itself, so water usually boils sooner and less heat escapes into the kitchen.
How do I clean the glass top?
Let it cool, then wipe it with a damp cloth. The glass around the pan stays cooler than a burner, so spills burn on less.
